
Brad Lewis has been a Financial Advisor and Wealth Manager at United Financial Advisors, a financial planning firm in Arkansas, for over 19 years. Brad has a real passion to help the self-employed succeed.
His father, the late Jim Lewis who owned Lewis' Cafeteria in Fort Smith for 20 years, taught him the value of hard work and directing your own future. Brad has always been around business ownership and management. Brad served five years in the U. S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Operator 2nd Class during the Gulf War.
He was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for "superior performance, managerial ability, personal initiative and unswerving devotion to duty" as Communications Watch Supervisor for Commander Second Fleet, Striking Fleet Atlantic and Joint Task Force 120.
Afterwards, he joined his family in the restaurant business while completing his Associate's Degree at U of A Fort Smith. Not only did Brad go from restaurant ownership to financial services, he continues to be surrounded by business owners. His wife, mother, brother, brothers-in-law and niece all own their own businesses.
He holds the General Securities Representative (Series 7), Investment Advisor Representative (Series 66), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), and General Securities Principal (Series 24) licenses in Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
Brad earned his CRPC, Chartered Retirement Planning Course in 2013, his WMCP in 2022 and has a ASPA Certificate for the Tax Exempt & Government Plan Admin Course. He also has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and financial institutions.
